If you just have a normal difficulty sleeping and maintaining your sleep, it does the job. But don't expect miracles. If there is a serious sleep disturbance issue, all these supplements are not enough and something more drastic (medication) is needed. This specific Sueno along with Galenica Aquilea Sueno are my 2 favorites that I alternate every 1-2 boxes so that my body doesn't get used to it.
Personally, it didn't help me sleep better or more easily. However, I don't experience the nightmares that others mention. Maybe I sleep a little heavier when I do sleep.
Finally, I slept!!! It didn't catch me half an hour after I took it and I didn't feel extremely drowsy, but as soon as I turned off the light, I fell asleep. I've been doing great for a week now, I highly recommend it!
First time trying melatonin supplement. It's the best. I stopped taking sedatives, switched to this, and I've really noticed a difference. I fall asleep within half an hour after taking it, have a very good sleep, and wake up feeling very comfortable. It's an excellent supplement.
I bought it for my 85-year-old mother with very disturbed sleep. Very good and finally now she wakes up in the morning and rarely during the night. The difference with the others is the amount of melatonin it has compared to the other pills.
I bought it for my mother, age 79, who had continuous insomnia and disrupted sleep patterns. If she woke up at night, she couldn't fall back asleep, which affected her mood, energy, clear thinking, etc., during the day. For me, it worked well.. after a few times I used it (1 capsule 3 quarters before sleep) around 10:30 in the evening I slept straight until 6:30 in the morning.. tested and monitored sleep with a smartwatch
