If you are looking for a UPS that will necessarily be placed in a visible spot, it is ideal. It has the LED which functions as an indicator for its operation but also helps aesthetically. Obviously, 5 stars are not just for appearance. It definitely does its job since in two power outages that have occurred since I got it (it is also summer), it kept the network active for over half an hour (I don't know how long it would have lasted because the power came back)
I have had it for 1+ year, and I am completely satisfied. I have one unit with screens and office accessories. It is sensitive to the voltage increase from the power company (and it makes a noise like the UPS is shutting down). But it is good because it warns you about any "faults" from the power company. I see other comments about battery replacement, etc... I do not have such issues.
The worst purchase I have ever made, as I did not know which UPS to buy in order to support the needs of my office and ended up choosing the company Legrand, which already has a big name in sockets and electrical equipment. To my great disappointment, both Legrand UPSs I bought do not have good autonomy even after changing the batteries. Secondly, during a power outage of just 5 minutes, when I tried to print a paper, the UPS immediately cut off the power to the entire system, which was just a computer and a POS. When I called the company to inform them about the problems, they literally played dumb, I explained the problem to them and they actually mocked me and said that it was my printer's fault because it was laser technology. Imagine in the year 2023, Legrand telling you that the UPS, which we paid €250 for, cannot support laser printing. And all this after we had paid around €500 for 2 UPSs of the same power, for which of course the responsible lady at Legrand showed no basic professional understanding. Personally, after this, I will never buy anything from Legrand again.
I can't understand what's happening with the other users. I was late to write a review because I wanted to see how it works over time. So after about 1 year and 2 months, it works perfectly despite the daily interruptions and frequent upload/download chaos in my area. It protects a 55 C1 OLED TV from LG. What can I say, I feel sorry for the other users who have issues. I don't have any problems at all. 10/30/2023, I'm writing again, we're already reaching the 2 years mark and it works perfectly like when I first got it. I will buy a second one for another TV. Today, 11/10/2023, I saw that it needs a new battery. I opened it and replaced it immediately. I spent 15 euros for the new one at a store with batteries and the issue was resolved.
Unfortunately, it smells very strongly of burnt plastic! I have already replaced two (exactly the same) within 10 days for the same issue. The rest are fine, but it is worthless if the smell does not decrease, so it cannot be used indoors.
