I received the small Black Adapter (USB-A to USB-C).
I connected it to the Factory Charging Cable of the Samsung S21+ (Plus), in the photo, and the charging works perfectly, without any damage or manufacturing error.
It may seem like a fake little toy with a short lifespan, but if you pay attention, I believe it will last you many years.
It charges quickly, satisfactorily, but not as fast...
...as when you connect the black Factory Charging Cable of the phone or tablet,
with the "White Power Adapter in the photo (with 3 USB-A Ports).
In this case, if you don't have the money to buy a corresponding "White or Black Power Adapter in the photo (with 1 or 2 or 3 USB-A Ports)" because they are somewhat expensive...
...then this little "Black Adapter (USB-A to USB-C)" is the best solution.
Just keep in mind that you won't have the full speed, as the big White Adapter with the 3 USB-A Ports.
P.S.: And in the future, I would suggest, if you sell your phone or tablet, for example, which happens to include only the Factory Charging Cable of type "USB-C to USB-C" in the package without any Power Adapter (like the White one in the photo or a corresponding one)
...do not include this small "Black Adapter (USB-A to USB-C)" with it, because you never know if the next phone or tablet you will buy, the phone company only provides you with the Factory Charging Cable in the package, which may be the same type of "USB-C to USB-C" charging cable as mine in the Samsung S21+ (Plus)

EDIT: Also, it should be noted that not all USB-C cables fit. Some are longer and don't fit properly.
