Having Luffy in an open world game is something that all fans have been waiting for, improvements could have been made in some areas but if you are a fan of the series, you don't mind.
I think all One Piece fans were expecting something like this, that is, to be free on the map and go wherever you want using the known catchphrases and moves of Luffy that we all know.
When it was presented, it seemed like it wouldn't be very good, however, it is very close to what we want, it's just that the open world needed to be a little more filled, for example, from point A to point B that you have to go is empty, you hang from trees and that's it, it needed more liveliness in the game environment, something it lacks and makes you feel like you're playing something lifeless and alone.
Now, as for the battles, the mechanics are a bit strange, a bit old-fashioned, for me it's just okay.
A fan of this anime, I think "tolerates" all these things, hoping and waiting for a better game in the future with a similar recipe.
