The so-called Total Football is a football model, a product of many elements and ideas. The result is the image of a complete - and not totalitarian - football. In Ajax - and in the Dutch national team - the two opposing pairs that define the form and image of the game (art-power / spectacle-result) become elements of one composition, a football revolution that, for the Dutch, ended in the 2010 World Cup. Fortunately, however, the basic principles of this revolution were preserved and transferred to Barcelona by Johan Cruyff. Many have recently started to rediscover the principles of this revolution.
