It disappointed us from the very beginning. The back plate went all the way in. We had to come up with a whole workaround to make it work. The same thing happened to our friends who bought it before. It looks happy on the outside, but the materials inside are very cheap. It doesn't come with instructions. And as for the radio - we couldn't figure it out. Our daughter (11) likes it, but as a toy.
