The product is beautiful and the construction seems sturdy. However, it is still Chinese-made and this is evident in the very poor packaging. I ordered two and one arrived broken. It was replaced, of course, but a metal construction with glass inside a simple cardboard box does not have the slightest protection. Make sure to ask them to include some basic protection, papers, newspapers, bubbles, anything, because the chances of it breaking during transportation are high.

I had to drill holes in everything I received on the backside for support. Also, in one out of the four that I received, the point where you bend the cable broke. I applied a little force to the screw and it stayed in my hand.
