I bought the machine in May 2019, I only used it to make juices and after 8 months the motor broke. And that's not all, we sent the machine for service on 4/2/20 and they have been fooling us for 2 weeks now, saying that they will send the driver to pick it up from the dealership.
Very good machine! It really solves your hands. I have tried all the functions of the kitchen machine and I can say that I am very satisfied. It makes perfect fluffy doughs in no time, velvety smoothies with yogurt and fruits, meringue, sandwich, I even made ice cream. I can't even speak about how the Russian salad is now made faster than the traditional one (those who know how the normal Russian salad is made will understand me). It is easy to clean (always with cold water for the blades), it has suction cups on the bottom to stabilize it (it really takes a lot of force to detach it if you "set it up" on a countertop permanently). Overall, it is a gem of our kitchen! The only thing I would add is the mechanism that collects the power cord, like some later models of BOSCH. But with so many good things it has, you don't care about the cord at all! I highly recommend it!
