    The main issue was that the water did not heat above 27 degrees.....I paid for a plumber to install it...They sent me a second one, same problem. In the end, they refunded my money!

    I used it for about a month. It doesn't have a thermostat, only a hot/cold setting (on/off for water heating), resulting in getting burned or feeling cold. It shows the water temperature, but what's the point if I have to constantly switch the button between hot and cold to avoid getting burned. Useless product and potentially dangerous.

The reason is that the shower telephone has a water shut-off function and the instant water heater does not have a thermostat.
