Unfortunately, it does NOT have call blocking. My mom keeps getting annoying calls all day and she can't block them. As a result, she has left it aside closed because it was ringing all day. We wasted our money, I'm afraid. Let's go for another phone... Otherwise, it simply does the job for which I bought it for my mom. You can talk, hear clearly, big buttons, relatively clear sound.

I just called the provider and they put me on the "list 11". For those who don't know, it's the list where if you're in it, companies can't call you for advertising. Maybe we finally found a solution for the lack of call blocking...

I bought it for my grandmother, and then I got it for my father too. It does what it says, it has large letters, and it is very easy to use. Exactly what I wanted for older people who don't need fancy or smart functions.
Also, besides the basics (which it has in a simple menu), it has 3 buttons for memories, so that the elderly can press them without having to search for three of us. It also has an SOS button in case something happens, which, when pressed, sends a message to the rest of us to come running.
Overall, it is durable and user-friendly. It is exactly what I was looking for older people.

It is a very good mobile phone but for the elderly! It has strong sound and the elderly can hear the other person when they make a call! I have bought it for 2 grandparents who have hearing problems and they can hear the sound of calls right away! Also, the charger with the base is very convenient! Usually, because they cannot see well, they cannot plug the cable properly into the socket, resulting in damaging the charger, so the base is very useful! I highly recommend it!

I got it for my elderly parents but it's a disaster. It simply hangs up as soon as you touch the button with the red phone symbol, so you can easily hang up unintentionally without even realizing it.
Its battery is unacceptable, as well as its charging base, which you can't figure out in which position the phone should be placed in order to charge. You leave it inside and later realize that the phone is closed because it hadn't been charged.

A good solution for elderly people depending on the price. It has several functions that may prove useful.
