Excellent! For a month.....Then it burned! We were using it exactly as the manufacturer said, without putting too much strain on it, but it broke down very quickly. If you need to get one, spend a little more money and buy one from a better and more well-known brand.

Excellent. Its knives dissolve everything. It does exactly what it says. It is less noisy compared to others. Security level 4 is perfect for a small office.

2020:
Product Review: Does what it says.
For simple use, not professional.
Don't expect it to easily destroy 10 sheets.
Mainly works with 7-8 sheets.
And the basket realistically holds about 100 sheets before it gets full.
Also, one complaint is that the indicator that shows if the bin is full is somehow dim and you can't tell when it's full.

2023:
It has stopped working, it only cuts for 2 seconds and then stops.
The reverse function does not work. Use without staples and lubricate every 3 months.
Overall, I was not satisfied.
