It has no theory at all, nor what I have seen in other books, methodology for solving exercises. It is purely a book with very, very many exercises, much more than I feel necessary for a high school student. Perhaps it is more aimed at teachers of the subject, so that they can find material there to give exercises in their class.

The most comprehensive (to date) school textbook for the subject of Computer Science (formerly known as AEP) for the 3rd year of high school. It consists of 3 volumes, resulting in a total cost exceeding 55 euros.
