Before first use, wash the pan with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge. Before cooking for the first time, coat the pan with a little oil or butter. We recommend repeating this process every so often to maintain the pan's durability to the maximum.
Do not overheat the pan when it is empty. The pan is designed to withstand sudden temperature changes. For longer life, prefer to let it cool before washing it with warm water. Use only wooden, plastic, or silicone tools for longer life of the non-stick coating. Do not cut food inside the pan with sharp tools.
The pan is dishwasher safe. However, hand washing with liquid soap and a soft sponge is recommended to maintain the performance of the non-stick coating and its appearance. Do not leave food or liquid containing salt in the pan for a long time.
