Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small stovetops as it is difficult to evenly distribute heat throughout the utensil.     Το τηγανι χρησιμοποιήθηκε για περιπου 1.5 μηνα…σημερα στο πλυσιμο μου εμεινε η λαβη στο χερι οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες!ο πατος χαρασσεται σχετικα ευκολα και αν κανεις το λαθος να το βαλεις σε μετρια προς δυνατη φωτια αποκταει σημαδι καψιματος!ο κατασκευαστης λεει μετρια φωτια αλλα δε μας εχει πει το μυστικο πως θα τσιγαρισεις ή θα σοταρεις σε μετρια φωτια….σιγουρα οχι vfm αφου αν καθε 15 χρησεις αγοραζεις αλλο….
