When 3 out of the 4 bulbs burned out, I couldn't find replacements and was ready to throw it away, until I thought of contacting the company itself. Before Christmas, they didn't have any, but they kept my information. Two weeks later, they called me and sent them to me without any charge. I installed them and everything is fine.

It lasted one winter and started burning the bulbs...
Now go run and find replacements and pay a fortune for them...
I will probably buy new ones... But from a different company...

The performance of the stove is very good, but the consumption it makes even on the low setting is very high. It is good as an emergency solution for quick heating, but not cost-effective as a permanent solution. Also, since it has fragile parts (halogen bulbs), it would be better to purchase it yourself from a store and avoid shipping.

I buy it from the store and they send it to me damaged!!! I send it back, they replace it, and one of the bulbs doesn't turn on!!! I try to remove the grill from the front to see if the bulb is not making good contact, and as soon as I finish, I plug it in and there is a loud bang and the switch falls off!!!! After all this trouble, I send it back again and instead of replacing it, they send it for repair!!!
