In Part A of the book, the discussion on properties is developed with an analysis of the topics covered according to Greek data, from which introductory conclusions are derived and recorded for each examined topic regarding the design, drafting, and operation of a Cadastre system. In this context, the specific issues concerning the classification of the space of the Physical Earth Surface into categories of specific characteristics, the management needs of the individual categories, and the extent of development of a modern Cadastre system are initially examined. Subsequently, issues related to the legal, economic, and urban planning dimension of the constantly transforming space are analyzed.

In this context, the specific issues related to recording systems and the conditions for the development of Cadastre systems are initially examined. Also, the issues concerning the content, drafting, and operation of the Cadastre with ideal conditions and complete degrees of freedom are analyzed. The described system is a system for recording spatial information of real estate properties or properties in general of any category or form, both in and out of transactions, with maximum multiple possibilities. Subsequently, issues related to specific applications, use, expansion possibilities, and the economic dimension of the Cadastre are analyzed.
