The only problem I noticed while using it is that when it is loaded with groceries, it is very difficult to make it turn. You will have to turn it back to lift the front wheels and be able to turn it, otherwise if you push it harder, it will break the front wheels. I would also recommend the manufacturer to put some kind of brake on the rear wheels because when it is loaded and on a slight downhill slope, it slides on its own.
