It is lightweight, cleans hardwood and carpets perfectly, and is low noise. The bin is easily washable and let's not forget about the bin filter that also needs cleaning. The HEPA filter is excellent and there is no odor after vacuuming.
It is a good vacuum cleaner for a small house. The 550 watts are not enough to suck up, although it works satisfactorily at maximum power because we had a similar one before, a 5-year-old Bosch, and I expected it to have a little more power. I believe that, just like the previous one, in a few years its maximum power will decrease and then it will no longer suck as it does now. However, it is quiet and well constructed. For the price of 100, it might be worth it if it lasts for 5 years with this power, but for more, I would expect a deal with more watts.
Very convenient that you don't need bags. If it was a little quieter and a little more powerful, it would be perfect!
The vacuum cleaner replaced an expensive but old Miele.
Overall, I will say that it is a good purchase and the vacuum cleaner is worth its money.
Positives:
1) Vacuuming is almost fun because the brush moves easily on the floor.
2) It has good suction power (the Miele was a bit stronger, but this one also cleans well).
3) The dustbin is easy to remove and clean (I clean it after each use).
4) It has a 9-meter long cord which is very useful (I don't have to change sockets in a 100-square-meter house).
Negatives:
1) It has 2 large wheels at the back and sometimes they get stuck on furniture. Although it is lightweight, it is not very maneuverable.
2) If it bumps into walls, it leaves marks.
3) It requires more "maintenance" compared to a bagged vacuum cleaner (cleaning, etc.).
Overall, I am excited about the purchase. Overall, it is a vacuum cleaner that does its job effortlessly and well. I definitely recommend it.
Edit 6/11:
As easily as the brush moves on the floor, it is equally difficult on carpets. Unfortunately, I will deduct one star for this.
Also, for those who mention that it doesn't suction well after a while, this happens because the filter needs cleaning. Every time I clean it, it works like new.
Excellent vacuum cleaner, it picks up dust well and is quiet. It is good to empty the bin and wash the filter after each general cleaning
Replaced a dust devil 700w which after 5 years, half of it was broken and even though I had cleaned all the filters, it barely sucked at all...
Compared to the one I had:
+ Makes less noise
+ Sucks very strongly, I'm afraid to detach it from the carpet even at half intensity
+ Can be stored upright
+ The bin empties much more easily (with the dust devil, it required disassembly, it was in 3 pieces)
- The bin doesn't attach well, every time I empty it, it takes me 5 minutes to put it back on, the attachments are very small and with the flimsy construction it has, it takes a lot of effort to get them to stay attached.
- The accessory for floors is smaller, something that was supposed to make it more flexible, but it doesn't swivel well, resulting in a bit of fatigue during use (you have to lift it).
If the bin attached better, it would be a 5-star product.
Hey guys, the vacuum cleaner you get is something that some people are dissatisfied with the noise it makes... if you're going to use a vacuum cleaner in a sick library at noon, get a broom and a dustpan! One vacuum cleaner will make noise.. there are more serious problems here, you're paying over 100 euros and after two months it doesn't even suck up sugar, we're talking about such power... and also, it overheats and shuts off every now and then... okay, we have cell phones to constantly call customer service and complain about the slightest thing, if we're going to do that for everything, including vacuums! Stay away! I threw it away and clean with a broom and dustpan, no noise! (there you have it) and no more crying about the money I'm spending
