The battery was defective. After a full charge, it lasted one day. I replaced the battery and everything is fine
While it has a built-in battery, it doesn't work without using the power supply... and replacing the battery costs almost half the price of the scale... absolute disappointment..

Today I opened the scale and found that one of the two wires going to the battery was not connected... I fixed it in place and the scale works...
