The Rohnson R-7610 kettle easily converts into a teapot by simply attaching the stainless steel tea filter to the lid. Choose the appropriate boiling temperature of the water depending on the type of infusion you desire.

Somewhat bulky but beautiful kettle. It boils water quickly and is very convenient if there are babies in the house and/or if you are a tea lover. Nice effect with the colors that change depending on the selected temperature. I don't have an opinion yet on the salts because I haven't had it for a long time. Overall, it's worth its money.
Update: Eventually, it easily catches salts. I use it 2-3 times daily and even though I only use filtered water, it often catches salts. Every two to three days, I put it in operation with a little white vinegar and it becomes like new again. And back to square one!
Update 2: After about 14 months, it started to rust on the bottom, internally. Being within the warranty period, it was immediately replaced by the online store where it was purchased.
In general, for those of you who have problems with this or any other device, keep in mind that sometimes there may be faults in the products. That's exactly why there is a warranty. Take advantage of it when needed.

I had chosen this kettle because I wanted to know the temperature and because I had read in the comments that it doesn't have any plastic parts inside! But this is not true, it doesn't mention anywhere that the LED light is inside where the water boils((((( I couldn't believe they could make something like that. The LED light takes up a lot of space inside the kettle and it's plastic!! I am disappointed!! The rest is fine, it shows the temperature of the water.... We have had the kettle for about 3 years and it still continues unwaveringly with quite heavy almost daily use. The first one we got broke due to improper handling, while we take better care of the second one.
It is very beautiful with different colors depending on the temperature you choose from the electronic selector on the handle. The 90-degree option is ideal for herbal beverages as recommended to avoid destroying the active ingredients of the herbs. It reaches boiling point or the temperature you choose very quickly.
It obviously collects scale after some use like all kettles do. This is a matter of the water and not the kettle. A little vinegar or boiling hibiscus and it shines immediately.
After 3 years, I haven't seen any rust or wear anywhere.

I gave it 3 stars for two reasons, firstly because the price is too high and it should be around 50€, 35€ is a fair price. Also, the "stainless steel" ring that holds the glass has rusted on the inside as shown in the photo, of course it doesn't come into contact with hot water as it is on the outside of the glass. However, it looks ugly. Other than that, everything is positive, it even has scales and stops automatically once it reaches the desired temperature!

Excellent quality (it's not stainless steel or plastic, both of which have been criticized over time for how suitable they are for boiling water, I have no knowledge, I don't know but I definitely prefer glass and seeing what's happening). I use it daily now in its fourth year.
Whether it collects salts is the same valid question as "does the shelf get dusty". If you don't clean it, yes!
The salts depend on the water, (not on the kettle) and I don't know if there is water without salts... I add a little vinegar once in a while (about 50ml and water at the lowest level 500ml, I boil it and it shines like new after all these years. It has hosted water from an island, province, and within Attica, the secret is vinegar and this applies to all kettles of any brand. The good thing about a glass one is that you can see when it starts to get cloudy, with plastic and stainless steel ones you have to look inside and search for suspicious corners that may have retained dirt. That doesn't happen with this one, so its transparency is visible to visitors.An additional advantage of this one is the temperature control (many herbs lose their therapeutic properties at the boiling point of water, and we're not going to use a special thermometer for a herbal infusion, so it makes it easier for me).
The fact that it changes colors is a substanceless effect that entertains small children a lot, well, it gives you visual feedback that you pressed the right button and didn't get burned, but it wouldn't affect my decision to buy it again whether it had interchangeable colors or not.

It has 5 options: 60, 70, 80, 90, and full boiling. Depending on the selected temperature, it also has different RGB coloring while it is operating. It automatically shuts off once it reaches the desired temperature.
The glass is easy to clean, you can boil it with a little vinegar and it cleans from salts without any scrubbing.
The tea infuser is interesting, although I do not use it regularly. You can completely remove it.

It can break because it is glass, but at the same time, this is also the reason why it is much healthier as a boiling vessel compared to plastic ones. It has several temperature settings for the water and temperature maintenance (ideal setting for those with babies). The tea filter turns it into a teapot for a large group and it is also a fine enough filter so that the tea does not come out of the filter. However, what even skroutz asks about whether it collects salt... the salt comes from the amount of salt in the WATER and NOT from the kettle!!!! Only distilled water does not have salt!! If you leave a minimal amount of water (enough to cover the bottom of the kettle) inside the kettle after each use and empty it before the next use, it will take longer for salt to accumulate. And there is always a solution for any salt buildup: boil water and white vinegar in a ratio of 3:1 and they disappear. The lid does not have hinges like most kettles, but at the same time, it serves as the support for the tea filter. The lights, depending on the water temperature, are of questionable usefulness and aesthetics: some like them, others do not. It requires caution because it does not have any insulating casing, so someone can get burned if they touch the glass. If it had intermediate temperature settings, it would be ideal for "tea experts". At this price, it is an excellent purchase.

Pros (+):
· Large capacity in the 1.7L kettle
· Boils water quickly, without much waiting.
· Nice design with LED strip inside, and also positive that it is transparent and you can easily see when it needs cleaning from limescale.
· It also has a temperature adjustment function for the water to stay hot.
· And finally, it comes with an integrated filter for ready-made tea.Cons (-):
· For the price and quality of its materials, it is not worth paying more than €30 - Max €35.
· I expected the LED strip to be more intense in terms of light power.
However, after using it, the light intensity on the LED strip is fine and the effect is even nicer at night.In conclusion, I recommend it for its features and functionality, but only if you find it at a good price!

Very satisfied, my opinion remains very good, but time will tell! The only thing I noticed is that the stainless steel bottom of the kettle easily collects limescale, but the problem is solved with vinegar.

After countless tests, the program for boiling and maintaining the water temperature with the LED color changes abruptly shuts off before even starting to boil.
The kettle itself works fine, but the above program does not!
