I had another station from the same company (the cheapest model) and I was not satisfied because the external sensor did not work well. So I was hesitant about this particular model, but in the end, the slightly higher price is worth it.
It is a simple station, but I can see the temperature inside and outside, and I can also see it from my phone when I'm away. It connects to WiFi and provides a 3-day forecast, with very accurate measurements. Everything is fine.
It is not a station for professional use, but for home use, it is a very good solution.
It has been impossible to connect to the internet to provide weather forecasts! It also does not indicate barometric pressure.
It is good as a watch! I would not buy it again.

Finally, after 3 days, it connected on its own, without me doing anything different.
However, it shows sunshine when it's cloudy and rainy.

After one year from the initial purchase and after reading the advice of another user, everything works perfectly.
ATTENTION, the following steps are not included in the installation instructions... but they worked in my case.
- Press the WiFi button on the station and it enters AP mode.
- Turn off mobile data on your phone and connect to the station's WiFi spot through a browser like Chrome 11.11.11.254 with username admin and password admin. A page with Chinese characters will appear, go to the ...STA tab and enter the name and password of your home WiFi.
- Close the page and if you have an Android phone, download the Weather Sense app in the myDevice menu, set the region you are in if it doesn't find it automatically, so that it sends accurate forecasts, and adjust any other settings it asks for.
As a review, the device is good but has many setup difficulties... if you don't have patience and some knowledge, don't buy it.
The measurements, compared to other thermometers/hygrometers, are accurate. It does not connect to the recommended application in order to:
1. Download weather forecast on the device.
2. Upload temperatures to the mobile application.
Update: Although it was connected for a few days, it lost the connection again. Additionally, it no longer enters AP mode for me to reconnect it. Waste of money.

I bought it so that I can control the temperature of my house before I come back, so that I can turn on the heating and go to a warmer home. Even when I placed the external sensor next to the unit, there was a deviation of about 0.5°C. Overall, I easily connected it to the network. Through the app, I can see the indoor and outdoor temperature at any time. I think it's okay for the main purpose I want it for. I have the external sensor in a location protected from wind and rain.
I have had it for about a year. It works satisfactorily without any problems. The information displayed on the station's screen is necessary and quite accurate. I haven't measured it with other reliable instruments, but I haven't seen anything strange. They seem correct. You just need to pay attention to when it indicates the battery and change it without waiting for it to completely run out in order to continue connecting to the internet and transmitting data to the server. The batteries do not need to be replaced very often. Alkaline batteries last for months, about three months. However, it also depends on how far the station is from the external station and the WiFi.
Application on mobile and WiFi setup:
The setup through the application, as many have noticed, has some difficulties. It gave me quite a hard time. However, after it is set up, everything works normally.
I finally managed to set it up based on the instructions of the application for Android using an old Samsung Tablet, because it was impossible with the Samsung Galaxy S9+. However, I realized that it was not exactly the fault of the application or the station. It was due to the newer versions of Android. In other words, in order to complete the setup, the mobile phone must be connected to the station, which at that moment must be flashing the AP (Access Point) on the station's screen. However, when the mobile phone tries to connect to the station, it loses internet connection, so the mobile phone decides to use mobile data to have internet access, thus interfering with the setup process and interrupting it. That's why someone noticed that the setup was successful with an iPhone. I recommend disabling mobile data on your Android phone before starting the WiFi setup. This is mentioned somewhere in the instructions, but the instructions are for older versions of Android.
Just be careful not to accidentally change something since the AP website is in Chinese.
The statistics are not working?
So, after a few months, I noticed in the application that it stopped recording historical data and only showed the current data. In other words, when going to the statistics section, which displays the historical data in a graph, everything was empty. I looked back and saw that while it had data for the first few months, it stopped showing anything after 1-2 months. For months, I believed that the company had stopped recording or sending the data to the application. But I was wrong. When you first enter the application (at least in the current version), a message appears for a short period of time stating that you need to be patient and wait for the data to download. However, this process is extremely slow, and obviously, the problem must be with their server. It takes a very long time, maybe even half an hour, for 10 months of data. It slowly starts downloading them, but then it saves them on the mobile phone, and the next time it's okay. If you haven't accessed it for a long time or changed your phone, you won't see the new data unless you let it download for a sufficient amount of time. You have to set it to the month option and scroll back and forth to gradually see the data being downloaded. Or you can switch between temperature, humidity, or atmospheric pressure to update the screen. The refresh does not happen automatically on the screen.
Bought about 3 months ago, despite following the instructions faithfully, it was not possible to connect to the application. But a few days ago, there was a response from the application and now it works perfectly with accurate and precise indications, checked with other measuring units that I have available. For the money it costs and what it offers, 5 stars. I hope the application continues to respond.
Computer technician and I'm trying to understand what I'm doing wrong and it doesn't connect to anything! I find the living smart in the connections but it says out of range and it doesn't connect no matter how many times I try! It's good for operation without wifi. At first, about a year ago, I had difficulty setting it up. The software has been upgraded and is now quite user-friendly, as long as the instructions are followed in the correct order provided. It is good to copy and paste the wi-fi code because if it is not entered immediately, the device's connection to the Android mobile is interrupted. The temperature and humidity measurements are accurate. The app has been upgraded and the graphs are very useful to see the hours we will use the heating and dehumidifier we have. The weather forecast is good.
I bought it yesterday and it took me three hours to set it up. As a last resort before breaking it or returning it to where I bought it, I restarted my phone and for some strange reason, it worked perfectly. I dare not touch anything again since it's working fine. As for the validity of the data transferred to and from the internet, I see it perfectly. It also depends on where you live. In conclusion, it's fine. I would like a slightly bigger screen, but we can't have it all. It's fine for 39 euros. If I want something better, I have to spend a hundred something that I don't have.. The only way to set it up is only through its webpage. You put the unit in AP mode and connect your PC, smartphone to the network that appears as livingsmart. You go to the page 11.11.11.254, enter the default codes admin admin, and go to a page that says STA... and you enter the WiFi. It is good to set it up first in the app and then everything else. I didn't use automatic IP because it didn't work for me.
Useless product, incorrect temperature indications, does not connect to WiFi at all, the app to connect via WiFi is unacceptable for this reason and it has 1.5 stars. Stay away, it's not even worth it for free.
The only thing I haven't managed to do is to connect to wifi permanently. After a few seconds, the indicator turns off and there is no update through the server, nor does it upload the temperatures to the server. Has anyone successfully set it up to tell me if I'm doing something wrong?

Awesome accuracy of measurements on the device. Data updates on the mobile phone are done through a server to which the device sends data every hour. Unfortunately, in this case, the decimal part is lost and there is rounding down for the internal temperature and rounding up for the external temperature. On the device, data for temperature and humidity are updated every minute. Weather forecast, wind speed, and barometric pressure are updated every hour. If you press the wifi button, it sends the temperature/humidity data of that moment to the server. After that, if the wifi button is not pressed again, it only updates every hour. The external sensor has a display showing the temperature and humidity. Theoretically, it can accept up to three external sensors. No matter how much I searched, I couldn't find the sensor being sold separately. The Android application simply cannot set up the device for internet connection. This is what another friend describes in the comments. The weather and other updates don't happen... Use the application from the app store for those who have an iPhone or a friend with an iPhone for the initial setup. If it is initially set up correctly, you can remotely view graphical representation of temperature and humidity history per hour for both the internal and external sensors.
