In our child, the recommended dosage of one sachet daily initially brought some side effects such as nausea one day and diarrhea another. However, by reducing the dose as stated in the instructions, even to 1/3 of the sachet, the child immediately saw a difference. It works wonders without causing pain, without side effects. Ideal for children who have constipation or even for children who have experienced psychological trauma and do not want to have a bowel movement because they had done it two or three times and it was very painful.
