I have the straightener for over 5 years and I am very satisfied, it does a very good job, it doesn't burn the hair, the only negative could be that it doesn't make curls but in my opinion it's better to do one thing and do it well! I would buy it again, you should get it with closed eyes!

Excellent. I have had it for over 10 years and it hasn't had any issues. It straightens hair amazingly without burning or breaking it, and the result lasts even in high humidity levels in the atmosphere.

It could have been better. For those who want to minimize hair damage, it is just what you need. It doesn't provide a perfect and fast straightening, but if you put in a little more effort, it will turn out pretty good and won't cause hair damage.

I had this straightener for 8 years and I straightened my hair daily, sometimes even twice a day. The result was excellent, no matter what haircut I had, it made my hair look fantastic and I loved it. My hair is very difficult to grow long, and this was the only straightener that didn't damage it and allowed it to grow quickly without any split ends. When it broke, I bought other straighteners from the same company, but they were nowhere near as good. I also tried straighteners from other brands, but they were even worse. So, I went back and bought this one again. It made my hair look better than when I got it done at the salon, and everyone would ask me where I got my hair done. I hope they never stop selling it because if this one breaks, I will buy it again

I have had it for 7-8 years and it hasn't suffered anything at all. The hair becomes "nails" but it burns it very, very much. With 2-3 uses per week, as well as hair washes, my hair had been damaged and thinned so much that it smelled burnt.

Get it with your eyes closed. I have had it for 10 years already and I have been using it daily for about 4-5 years. It heats up quickly, has large plates that serve those with a lot of hair, like me, and it is very well-made. It has never had any issues and the coating remains unchanged. The straightening lasts for 3 days on me. If it breaks, I will still buy the same one.

I love it! It suits me very well, especially since I have relatively straight hair. The only negative thing is its weight and the fact that its cable breaks after years of use. However, it can be easily fixed with very little money, and from what I've been told, it's understandable that this would happen because that part is constantly moving.

It is good, but not as great as described here. It takes 4-5 passes for curly hair, it doesn't straighten them and "preheats" them, meaning not so quickly. Satisfactory, there are definitely better ones

We bought the same product for the 2nd time because the cable broke on the first one, outside of warranty.

On the 2nd one, it broke again... I repaired it myself. And after a while, it broke in another place.

I called the company's representative to find a cable. Instead of sending it to me or apologizing for their product, they told me that they can't because they don't trust anyone to do this job. They asked me to send it at my own expense and pay €15 for the replacement.

By far the best straightener, it's a guarantee. I've had it for 12 years and it has never had any issues, even though it has fallen down so many times. It straightens perfectly without damaging the hair. I have tried so many new and expensive ones, but none have satisfied me as much as this one. I buy it for the second time because I broke the previous one.. I have it for many years! It's great! And it doesn't burn the hair like others I have tried, as long as you find the right temperature for your hair! At 180 degrees, it's great for my hair..

I have had it for about 8 years, using it at least 3 times a week, and it still straightens like the first time. Very positive that it automatically shuts off after 1 hour, because there have been a few times when I have left and forgotten it plugged in, and when I return home it is closed and cool. No damage or harm.

I have bought this brush twice, one as a gift and one for myself. I must have had it for about 10 years (at least 8) and it still works perfectly. The straightening is fantastic (for both straight and curly hair) and it lasts like a salon.

A negative aspect I consider is that it damages the hair quite a bit (meaning it slightly burns it, although I believe all straighteners do the same) and that after so many years the plates have worn out and I can't effectively "clean" them.
