Satisfactory in every aspect. The material simulates leather, it is very thin but with a sturdy body and a very good fit. It can be combined with a full face glass that fully covers the front (not possible with all cases).
The only negatives are that the power button requires some testing, inserting and removing, to work smoothly and that the bottom part (where the speakers are) is not covered, so any fall with the back of the phone will scratch the bottom part.
