Because the thermometer is connected to the oven, you don't need to set or interact with your oven. The oven alerts you with an audible signal and automatically turns off when the desired internal temperature of the roast is reached. The result is always perfectly cooked meat without any hassle.

With AutoPilot 30 you can cook your meals perfectly. After placing your food in the oven, select the appropriate automatic program - among 30 - on the selection screen. Simply add the weight of the food and press "Start". Then the AutoPilot program takes over, determining the cooking method, temperature, and cooking duration. It even turns off the oven towards the end of the cooking time. Since some dishes with AutoPilot require the use of an oven dish with a lid, the oven also remains clean. Cooking couldn't be simpler.

It is a premium oven, expensive but I believe it's worth its money. The positives are that it has 6 burners and supports self-cleaning through pyrolysis. We had a previous model for years, without pyrolysis, which looks almost the same aesthetically. It proved to be a workhorse and hasn't had the slightest issue, which is why I chose to go with Bosch again and a higher category. If the extra features of pyrolysis and the sixth burner don't appeal to you, you can find several more economical options, still Bosch.

From the beginning, I contacted Bosch because the ceramic glass is transparent in some areas, resulting in the resistance being visible in the corners as well as the internal light of the oven. They told me that it is normal for the light to be visible and that they would ask about the resistances and inform me. They never informed me. Finally, the glass is not of good quality as it easily scratches. It already has 3 scratches without me realizing how... My previous kitchen, I had it for 14 years and it had no scratches. I believe that the kitchen cooks well, but as for the materials it is made of, the top part is of poor quality.
