  This umbrella is perfect for windy days- its sturdy and because of the flat profile it stays strong when other umbrellas are flying down the beach! The UV protection is very good.   The umbrella seems to be the best purchase I made this summer. In combination with a sturdy pole of diameter 32, you can't even tell. I tested it in very windy conditions and it didn't even notice. Very sturdy!! I highly recommend it!! The only thing it lacks to be the best of all would be if it was collapsible. But even so, it is worth every penny and more.....
