  My little one has severe atopic dermatitis on her face, hands, legs, and neck. She is 2 years old. This is one of the best we have tried. However, the smell made me stop using it.   I bought the cream after my child developed atopic dermatitis following an antibiotic treatment. I use it on damp skin and since then, there is no itching or flare-ups.
  I also use it on the eczema I have on my hand for years. I had intense itching and skin peeling. The treatments from dermatologists did not have the desired result. I use it morning and night and the eczema has disappeared and the area is fully moisturized. I wouldn't change it for anything.
