The structure and organization of the book "Learning and Practicing Language for First Grade" (Volumes A and B) follows that of the corresponding school textbook (Student's Book and Workbook) for Language. Specifically, each volume contains five units divided into lessons

(Volume A: Units 1 to 5 and Volume B: Units 6 to 10) and includes:

- Activities for recognition, writing, reading, and familiarization with the use of the letters of the Greek alphabet, cultivating children's skills in constructing syllables from letters, words from syllables, and sentences from words
- Grammar exercises, accompanied by simple and understandable rules with examples of their application
- Spelling exercises
- Review exercises at the end of each unit, aimed at assessing the degree of achievement of the lexical-grammatical objectives of each lesson by the students.
