The magnet seems strong enough to last for many years. Now, whether the color will hold up for long, I don't know, but it seems that with frequent washing it hasn't suffered any damage so far!

The color is slightly darker than the photo (about the color of dark skin) but it still remains aesthetically pleasing. It never loosens on its own. The only point that needs attention is that the packaging did not have its own pins for application to the watch, and I had to remove the pins from the original strap of the watch, so it is good for anyone who has lost their strap to keep that in mind.
