Ola Bio's rye flakes come from the whole grain of rye. They have a high lysine content (essential amino acids) and are rich in dietary fiber. They consist of 65% starch, 10% fiber, 12% protein, 9% water, fat, and minerals. They are rich in dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. They contain no added sugar. They are organic, with at least 95% of the agricultural ingredients in the cereals coming from organic farming.
