Peach Jam

The St. Dalfour Peach Jam stands out for its strong natural flavor, wonderful peach aroma, and velvety texture. It is made in the heart of the French countryside, following a local traditional recipe that is 100 years old, using only natural ingredients, without additives or preservatives.

It is made 100% from fruits, and its sweetness comes solely from naturally ripening grape juices from the local vineyards. Its production occurs in small batches with strict specifications and quality controls. The handmade preparation method is followed: ripe peaches that are carefully selected are cut into large pieces and boiled with grape and fruit juices in traditional boilers, under the supervision of a specialized chef.
