Cast Iron Grates

  • With the cast iron grill, cooking is faster as the temperature is evenly distributed on all sides of the food. 
  • To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is good to apply a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g., olive oil or some vegetable fat) to create a non-stick surface.

Rotisserie slots

  • By placing a spit in the special slots of the grill, your roasts will reach another level of flavor. Spit-roasting your meats will create a crispy crust on the outside and make them juicy and delicious on the inside.

    I highly recommend it, powerful burners and proper grilling. Cleaning is a bit of a hassle but worth it. In terms of appearance, it's a beautiful grill and the glass serves its purpose when grilling with the lid closed and being able to see inside. At first glance, you'll be eating other fried potatoes.

    After one month of use, we are completely satisfied. Initially, I was skeptical about the crystal, but it turned out to be very useful. As a grill, it is very powerful, with minimal preheating time. We have grilled everything from meat to fish, all perfectly cooked. I tried chicken on the spit and it took an incredible hour and a half for amazing results. The eye is affected if there is wind, so if you are using it, make sure to place the grill in a sheltered area.

    After a lot of searching, I ended up with this option. With an extra cast iron plate and the motorized spit that is cut and sewn exactly, it has become a very good tool.

    The quality of the grill is amazing. Because I have seen up close the very expensive and famous ones, I really don't find any difference in quality and it also has very good grates, which is very important in grilling.

    I don't have a comparison measure for the burners. They are quite powerful, of course, not as much as charcoal. Cleaning is an easy task and the drip tray has a very proper slope towards the collection plate for liquids.

    The glass is very important after all. I didn't expect it. It doesn't fog up and it helps a lot so that you don't lose heat by opening and closing it all the time.

    With 100 € less, I would have bought a grill that has no comparison in terms of quality with this one. It's worth it and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
