Matcha is the finely ground green powder derived from the highest quality authentic Japanese tea leaves, and it is packed with essential minerals and vitamins.The Ceremonial variety comes from the finest, small leaves found at the top of the bush, giving a very vibrant green color and a slightly sweet, smooth taste.

Brewing Method
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Matcha powder and 225 grams of water, at a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius.
Instructions: Add the Matcha powder to your favorite cup. Slowly, add a little of the hot water, stirring until it becomes a sticky mass. Now add more hot water until the cup is filled to the desired level, stirring until the end. Whisk until frothy and ensure it is well mixed.
Other ways to use Matcha: Try Matcha by mixing it with water in your blender to create a drink/smoothie. You can also experiment by adding almond milk or other beverages of your choice, such as coconut milk.
For cooking: Add to cake, muffin, bread, and ice cream recipes for wonderful aroma and flavor.
After opening, seal and store in the refrigerator.
