Matcha is a fine powder made from 100% carefully selected (tencha quality) green tea leaves, ground on granite stones, without any other processing.

Compared to other matcha, Matcha Ninja cultivates tea plants very carefully, and the secret is that they are grown in a shaded area three weeks before harvesting, increasing chlorophyll and antioxidant levels. The selection process is unique as only the appropriate leaves are collected, meticulously separated from stems and leaf veins, improving quality and making it less bitter than any other matcha without any added substances or sugar.

1. We heat the water to approximately 80° C (do not boil). 

2. We add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Matcha to a cup. Add a little hot water and stir. When the mixture becomes frothy, add 100ml of water or hot milk.
