This may potentially result in heat and energy losses due to the distance.
The adjustment of the water outlet temperature is done proportionally and depends on the water flow rate, according to the selected power.
The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, as well as longer lifespan, since there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts on the resistance and other components.
It operates with natural gas, and no electrical installation is required.
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the resistance, heats up, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the incoming cold water should not be too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat, so it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without the need to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature that can be reached for hot water production is 65 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 12 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.

It requires a little effort to properly adjust the gas and water. After that, everything is fine.
If you know how to install and adjust it, it works perfectly! Be careful not to open the faucet and let it run for minutes... the water... because otherwise it will stop for overheating protection
I've had it for about 2 months.
I still haven't managed to take a shower without problems despite the many adjustments to the temperature and water flow settings. After 5 minutes of use at most, it shuts off.
Once it shuts off (because it always shuts off without raising the temperature too much), I need to turn the faucet on and off 4-5 times to get it to work again, and this time for even fewer minutes...
Overall, for a vacation home, it’s fine, and that’s only because of its low price. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone...
I'M BACK 02/25:
It has started to drip from a point that is not visible to the eye, and I have to turn off the water supply as soon as I finish my work, and all this with use 2-3 times a month.
Nothing broke from the cold since I have placed it in a closed space...

After 1.5 years, the problems started.
It started leaking, sometimes the spark plug doesn't ignite, other times the spark plug doesn't turn off and the flame goes out, sometimes it goes out on its own without high temperatures.
A hassle. It would have been better if I bought something more quality.
