The illy Brazil has good crema, also aroma, in the extraction as it should, but it lacks any taste, slightly bitter.

I bought this coffee because I saw the very good reviews it has. The reason I don't comment on taste, intensity, aroma, etc. is that the problem with this coffee and possibly the whole related series of Illy is in the grind. So far, I have ground all the coffees I have bought to a fine grind (for espresso). For this particular one, I have thrown away half of it. It needs a medium grind at most, no tamper at all, and in the end, it produces water and the residue is like mud. Obviously, I would not buy it again. It's a shame because it's a good company

Very characteristic caramel taste in the body. Moderate intensity aroma, between caramel and chocolate, with a smooth aftertaste that leans towards cocoa.
Interesting flavor profile, but not really to my liking.

Perfect coffee for both espresso and cappuccino. I have bought the entire illy classic series and 3 single origin Arabica coffees. Each coffee has its own unique and distinctive flavor. (illy is perhaps the best coffee)
For me, the best one is Guatemala, with a chocolatey and intense flavor, just like perfect foam. With delonghi 685 and bosch grinder.
