The 3 stars refer to the seller's packaging. In a large cardboard box completely loose.. I wonder how the plastics from the mask's packaging box didn't break.

I have a lot of thick hair... probably it wasn't for me my hair was very dry after use!!

I have tried many expensive masks since my hair is very damaged from techniques, but none of them make my hair as soft and easy to comb as this one!

It is a very watery product like conditioner. I have oily long hair and it did not cause more greasiness or any irritation. It is good for daily use, as it comes in a large quantity and at a good price

I am used to spending a lot of money on masks (briogeo, moroccanoil, etc.), so imagine my shock when a €4 mask in a nearly liter-sized packaging made my hair much silkier and easier to comb than masks that cost €40. And an extra bonus is that it smells fantastic!

I wouldn't change it with any other, I truly didn't believe that it does everything it promises. My hair no longer frizzes and has become very soft
