Impressively quiet. It has a button if you don't want the fan to operate, but I really don't know why someone would choose that. I plugged it in and watching the fan spin, I couldn't believe how completely silent it is. I mean, it's a strange feeling to see something move so fast and not produce any sound. Its cables do have a bit of an issue if you put them in a large case. They could be a little longer or more flexible at the ends. However, if you overcome the one small difficulty during the initial installation, it's not a problem. I haven't measured performance, but in everything I've run (with i7-11700kf + RTX3080, the heaviest task I've given it is 4K gaming), it hasn't had any issues even after hours of gaming on demanding games.

Seasonic, quality in the field. The only negative thing I found with the power supply is the cables. At their ends they are thick and inflexible, which makes cable management difficult to impossible.

I would expect at such a market level to have sleeved cables and not have to search now for compatible ones in order to manage them inside the case.

The Platinum has lower DEI consumption compared to the bronze and I am amortizing the 106 EUROS that I bought it for in the 10 YEARS that it has warranty since it operates for more than 12 hours/day ... efficiency SOMEWHERE 91%

Owner of this specific power supply since 01/19, flawless. Purchased from Germany for 120 euros, worth every minute. Unlike previous Corsair ones that I had and troubled me, I have forgotten that this one exists.

I have had it for at least 3 years and it feels like I bought it yesterday. This particular model stood out in the market and was considered the number 1 for 2019-20, I think. I struggled to find it. Truly excellent and of the highest quality.

Buy the gold+ full modular 750W model.
Simply the best. Buy without fear and don't skimp on money for a power supply. You will pay triple to the power company... Only Seasonic and Corsair for power supplies. After the graphics card, it is the most important part in a PC.

Perfect power supply from Seasonic with a ten-year warranty, there is no need to say anything else! Stable in performance, incredibly quiet, and with the fanless mode it becomes even quieter. Seasonic has upgraded the power supply and I received the 2019 version, which is the Seasonic Focus GX. On the company's website, they analyze what they have improved, which I mention because I expected it to have gold letters and the box to say "Focus Plus" like in the photos. Instead, it simply says "Focus," but the specifications on the box say SSR-FX and it came with gray letters on the power supply. In communication with Seasonic and the store where I placed the order, they assured me that it is the same, just an improved version. Needless to say, the communication with Seasonic was immediate, flawless, and fast. As for reliability, Seasonic sells components for Corsair and be quiet to make power supplies.

Indeed, the best power supply currently available is the one with excellent cable quality (I got the 750w version). It is recommended even though its price is a bit high, but it is worth every penny until the last cent!!!

It has survived upgrades, moves, power outages, and lightning strikes. It works consistently there. Personally, I will go to the same company in the future when I need another power supply.

I don't have much to say other than the fact that it has quality construction and doesn't make noise. I think the money you will spend on the platinum version is a lot, since you will never recover the electricity savings compared to the gold version. 10 years warranty, which is awesome.

If it wasn't for the fact that it's not single rail, I would give it 5 stars.

Very high-quality PSU and full modular, so it helps a lot with cable management. It has good certification and the name is reliable.

The power supply is either open or closed, whether you have the fan open or closed, it has exactly the same noise... You can't hear ANYTHING!!!
Its cables are of high quality and it has plenty of SATA connections.
For the overall quality of the power supply, I will stick with the 10-year warranty offered by the company.
Coming from a Corsair with Bronze certification, I will say that I saw a decrease of 15 watts. With a rough calculation, this decrease in consumption over a 10-year period will give me back twice the money. So, it is preferable to invest in a power supply because besides the safety of your system, you will save money from the decrease in consumption!!!

I bought this power supply this year (2019) to upgrade my computer and I am absolutely satisfied with its performance and construction. Personally, a focus 650w gold would have been enough for me, but the price difference with the focus 850w gold was so small that it wasn't worth the purchase, especially since it has a 10-year warranty and I'm sure I'll have it for my next upgrade. If you only have one graphics card, then the 850w gold is more than enough for any system.

Also, two features that I found valuable are the button that activates the fan only when the temperature reaches above 60 degrees and secondly, it includes an additional 4 + 6pin cable for the 2019 X570 and Z390 motherboards for overclocking.

The only issue that bothered me was the cables, which have excessive insulation, making them inflexible. My case has less than 3 centimeters of space for cable management, so I had to struggle with them, especially at the connections. So, four stars.

I can say that so far I haven't heard it working. Adequate number of ports and cables. It came in a very well-packaged package in fabric cases, both the power supply and the cables. Quite helpful for a beginner like me, both the manual and the labels on the cables indicating which end goes to the power supply and which to the mobo. When purchasing it, you should pay attention if our system draws half the Wattage than what the power supply says to be covered.
Very good implementation by Seasonic and I would definitely recommend it for purchase!

Calculate the power that your build will draw through the Seasonic website or other companies, and purchase the appropriate wattage power supply.
Advice: Regardless of the company you choose, the power supply should be approximately double the wattage that your build will draw (not double the PSU that the website will recommend), for silent operation and the longevity of your power supply.

Tremendous quality, it has all the protection there is, completely silent since the fan only operates when (and if) it is overloaded. It will have a warranty until I turn 40, what else can I ask for?

I have connected it with msi b450 pro carbon+amd 2600X+sapphire RX vega 56. It is silent, it really hasn't been heard at all, top quality construction, 10 years warranty.

The specific power supply is, without exaggeration, the best at 750W in its category. In my case, it powers an overclocked i5 8600k, overclocked Sapphire Nitro Vega 64, and a bunch of HDDs, gadgets, and accessories beyond the basic subsystems.

Also, when I sold my previous card to upgrade to Vega, I was left without the beast that drew the most power (RX 580 at the time). In the event of a one-second power outage, the lights in the house would go out, but the computer would stay on!
