I had high regard for Leifheit products and considered them to be of good quality for their price. I purchased two Leifheit Classic 180 clothes dryers for use on a covered balcony, but both quickly proved to be problematic.

Specifically, with one of the dryers, within the first month of purchasing it, one of the bars of the folding wings came loose and was hanging, as is common with clothes dryers sold in the flea market.

The second dryer, as soon as I unpacked it, was flimsy, meaning that the left and right legs were crooked and did not sit well on the floor. I had to apply considerable force to "straighten it out," not completely but to an acceptable point.

As a detail of careless and hasty construction, I note that the bars of the folding wings, when they are open, are glued to the bottom part of the wings instead of resting on top, so all the weight of the clothes falls on the (hasty) glue joints.

If you are planning to purchase Leifheit products, I suggest you reconsider. They are not cheap for their low quality.
