Compared to Pharmasept, it does NOTHING, it doesn't freeze at all either when you apply it or after it dries, the only good thing is that it absorbs easily and is not sticky (Pharmasept is a bit sticky at first) but it doesn't work at all, don't buy it if you want it for cryotherapy

Very good for the money it costs. Relieves back pain (more than the vltrn or sprtgl that I usually use) and joint pain.

I recently received it and have already used it twice. It absorbs easily, has a light texture, and doesn't smell bad.

I am changing my review because although it didn't work for me, it did help my mother who has severe joint pain. It did absolutely nothing for me. Therefore, I would recommend trying to purchase the small package.

Very good product, tested for the first time, purchased from Varna, Bulgaria, a German product. Now available in Greece at a reasonable price of 7.5€. It is for joint pain, colds, etc

Pleasant texture, refreshing at first, and spreads very easily, but the cooling effect does not last (compared to other products). Besides a brief relief, I don't think it helps.

It didn't have much result, only at the moment you apply it, it cools you down and then nothing... I wouldn't buy it again.

I could say that it is effective. At least for a period of time after application (about one hour) it provides significant relief. I don't have much experience with similar products, however, this one is definitely not indifferent. It is worth its money. The only negative thing is the strong smell - composition (it requires thorough hand washing because otherwise whatever you touch afterwards... you're in trouble)
