I had a Blue Sky hair clipper for €5.80 since 2006 and it cut perfectly. I decided to buy this Essperansa thinking it would be just as good, but in vain. It gets clogged, doesn't cut the hair well, the plates with the teeth move while you're cutting and you have to put them back in place and tighten them with a screwdriver. Okay, I didn't spend a fortune on it, but it doesn't do its job. Now I'm looking to buy another one.
To avoid writing a long list of negatives, I will say the following: it sucks and doesn't cut at all - at least the one I bought. Friendly advice: buy a machine without the side cover for the blades. I will return it.
It doesn't work at all, not even for the legs. Again, it doesn't work for what I used it for. It is a bulky and difficult-to-handle machine. Now, I don't have an opinion on the head, but I think it will probably do its job if you want curls
It cuts just fine. Obviously, it's worth it. I bought it for 10 euros and replaced a Philips one that cost 30 euros, I've had it for almost a year. It has lower speeds, so the movements are a bit slower. I've used it for 4-5 times so far, the longest length is 12 millimeters (0.3, 6, 9, 12mm are the settings). I wanted 21 and 24mm, which were on my previous one, and now I do a military haircut every time. Okay, after about 20 minutes it starts to heat up, so I let it 'rest' for a minute or two before continuing. For some reason, lately, in the last 5 minutes of the haircut, it makes a compressor-like noise. It comes with a brush and oil, I've never used them and the blades never get stuck. Besides that, no other issues, it gets the job done!
Simply the machine is the best I manage to do fades and I just didn't expect it to be so good, I highly recommend it without reservation

Weak. I got it for body use once in a while. You think every time that it will break down. I do not recommend it.

Much better than some much more expensive machines

It is not suitable for shaving on the beard. It has few attachments.
