I have it as a general-purpose knife in the kitchen. The difference from something I had before is that those were about 2 inches longer and their handles were made of wood, these are made of good quality plastic. What hasn't changed is how well they cut.

Two stars minus because it has a smaller handle than similar ones sold separately, so it is not ergonomic!
