Fortunately, I found someone who knows how to adjust it, with burning weight, burning time, temperature, etc. Well, despite that, the burner gets jams, the pellet gets stuck, it makes poor burns, etc. To cut a long story short, this particular burner is very basic, and its price should not exceed 600 euros. For 600 euros, it might be worth it, but for the 1000 it costs now, no way.

The first burner set with its own boiler was defective in a month, the second one has burned twice in 5 months, once during preheating and once during thermostat. Worst burner by far

Stay away from this machine, problems constantly arise. Almost all consumables have been replaced multiple times recently, and it even fried the motherboard, which is unacceptable.

Please stay away from this machine. I have had it for two years and it has driven me crazy. It is problematic and overly sensitive, constantly giving me errors. It is the most unreliable thing I have ever purchased.

For 4 years now it burns perfectly. Last year the resistance burned out and I replaced it with a ceramic one. This year I see that the nozzle from which the flame comes out has started to swell. It needs to be replaced.
