The BLACKROLL Multiband (270 cm) is designed for retraining movement patterns, working large muscle groups, improving mobility, and practicing neuromuscular coordination in a joint-friendly way. It contains 15 loops so that each exercise can be customized according to the abilities of each trainee, regardless of age, height, and fitness level.

General exercise instructions:

• Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each exercise and use them only in excellent condition.
• Start with lower resistance until you manage to learn the exercises.
• Only then do we recommend moving on to higher resistance and/or more repetitions.
• Perform all exercises as smoothly and slowly as possible.
• Breathe calmly and regularly during the workout.
• Avoid holding your breath.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel any form of pain.
• If you have injuries or previous injuries, talk to your doctor or therapist before starting the exercise program.
