Unfortunately, it didn't work for me; sometimes it didn't pull the air, my cutter broke during testing, and I couldn't cut the bag straight; I needed scissors, which then didn't suck the air. I might have avoided all this if there were instructions. I couldn't find any experience with such a device or how it works, even on the Internet. The material and quality of the device reminded me of very cheap Chinese products, so the price of 100+€ seemed excessive to me, so along with my frustration, I went out to the balcony and smashed it into a thousand pieces, marking it as my worst purchase ever... I forgot the bags cost about 0.35 cents, so for 10 steaks, you needed 10 bags; if you filled the bag too much, it wouldn't pull the air to seal it
It accepts all bags, it is one of the essential tools in my kitchen. Food is preserved for a long time. I recommend it.

Worse than the neighbor's Silver Crest. TOO much power to close, the bag needs to be placed in specific points to work, instructions are nonexistent. Unfortunately, the corresponding Miele was not available. The buttons on the edges seem like they will break first. It creates a vacuum, quite noisy but definitely not suitable for professional use. It is a mediocre choice for the money. I would not buy it again. I would not recommend it, unless the person interested tries mine and is satisfied.
The instructions are very poor, it is very easy to use it wrong since it does not click easily and you have to press the edges quite hard. Regarding the review that says it closed and did not open, because I experienced the same and freaked out, it was mainly a matter of misuse (although it is very easy to use it wrong since it is a bit peculiar), probably the buttons on the edges to release it are not of good quality and I feel like it will be the first thing that will break. I don't have a picture from other devices although it does its job for sous vide, I don't know about professional use. A little more research before buying, although it remains an option.

Before we closed it, it started to leak air, you pressed to seal it and then it wouldn't open.
Half of the buttons were audible and the other half were not.
Stay away, you will get into return adventures.

Very good device. It makes a buzzing sound when it sucks in the air, but from what I've seen in videos, they all do. Anyway, we use it once a week. Other than that, it seals the bag well, no air escapes.
