I bought it for the village for my mother-in-law as a replacement for another Brita they had. They had been using it for years and were very satisfied, so they wanted another Brita and the 6 replacement filters were a great incentive for this specific one.

We used it to feed a newborn baby. The water, even though we filtered it with Camelot, had salts and it was visible in the hot water or in the kettle. With the Brita jug, we are free from salts. We are satisfied!

It is perfect for household use. Depending on the water in your area, you may see a significant difference, just like we did. The smell is completely different. It is also more cost-effective to purchase it with a pack of replacement filters.
