I don't know if the model used to be good in the past, but I made the purchase in August '20. I used it for the first time in January '21. It was intact in its box all this time. It releases air satisfactorily, I won't deny that, but unfortunately it doesn't seal at all. The rubber that is on the top part, to hold it against the counter for sealing, keeps falling off constantly, so it doesn't work and seal properly. I contacted the company and they told me that the 2-month replacement period has passed. Understandable from one perspective. I made an attempt and stuck it with instant glue... it made 12 bags and broke. Something burned inside, from what I understood. Don't buy it, you will regret it! And I am someone who rarely looks at reviews. From now on, I will look before every purchase. Happy shopping.
It sucks in air very well, but the bag never stays closed. If you want to waste your money, you can buy it without fear
I recently bought it, after reading the reviews, especially the negative ones. I decided to take the risk, due to its low price (less than 1/3 of the competition's).
After a few tests with both its own bags and Lidl's bags, I have to say that:
1. The machine works.
2. The quality of the materials is proportional to the price.
3. Before the first use, the instructions should be read carefully, which, as expected for a cheap Chinese product, are not translated very well.
4. Although it can take individual bags and rolls with a width of 30cm, due to its low power, it struggles and does not fully remove the air, so it is better to use the small bags like the ones it comes with in the packaging.
5. In order for the air suction and sealing to be successful, the edge of the bag must be within the limits stated in the instructions and stretched without wrinkles.
Considering its limitations and price, it deserves 3 stars for value for money.
We will see how much it withstands and how well it performs in the long run.
It does its job just fine! However, its quality is poor, resulting in the earpieces breaking at the edges. That's it! It lasted me 5 years though
When I received it, it sucked the air out but didn't seal the bag. I sent it back for repair but when I tried it again, it still didn't seal. I threw it away and didn't bother with it again
I didn't read the previous reviews and I made a mistake.
I made the purchase and after six attempts, it stopped pulling air and functioning properly. I returned it to the company and they sent it back to me, claiming that it works fine. The machine doesn't work and I have photos and videos as proof. I am not satisfied with the representative who is asking for the packaging box to be returned, which I didn't keep and threw away due to the days and Covid.
It worked on 3-4 packs after struggles and since then it doesn't stick and the bag! Wasted money! Terrible machine, guys! Stay away! For anyone who can, please give and get a serious machine to do its job! I cry for the money I spent!

Unfortunately, and for the first time I give 1 star, I received it and it didn't work. I requested a replacement and received the next one which also didn't work.
I use it frequently and I am very satisfied.
For non-professional use, it is perfect.
After a while, I have to say that I used 5 out of the 10 packets that were in the package. Now I have a "dry" machine, with a blinking light but no function, and 5 packets that are all useless. What a waste of money.
