    These knives are an excellent choice as I discovered they have special safety specifications for small children: After 10 days, they don't cut anything...
    I have had them for 3 months, and despite minimal use, if I don't sharpen them every time I try to cut something harder than butter, I will get cramps in my fingers from the pressure I have to apply.
