  I don't know if they have changed the formula, but compared to before, I have noticed that it excessively dries out my hands and caused redness and eczema (of course, I have sensitive skin). On the positive side, the scent is very nice and when it lingers, it leaves a very pleasant and soft fragrance.

  The Greek soap company, Papoutsanis, has a solid 150-year history in soap production. I emphasize here that I am in no way an advertiser for Papoutsanis or any other company. I am a simple user who offers my evaluations for free, like everyone else. However, when the product is so high-quality and excellent, I believe I am entitled to be enthusiastic about it.

  Papoutsanis Karavaki is an exceptional, pure, fine soap. It creates rich lather, rinses easily, and cleans quickly and very well. It does not contain any chemicals that harm the natural flora of the hands (such as chemical soaps like Dettol, for example).

  It has a biodegradable composition of over 90%. It is ideal for children as well as the whole family. I use it for cleaning my sensitive area (I am a man) because it is so pure. But also for simple hand washing.

  Its fragrance is very intense and long-lasting. It is of the Marseille type. Essentially, it is the most beautiful scent I have smelled so far in a traditional bar soap.

  Believe me, if you get a bar and use it, you will definitely look for more!

  Its price is extremely low for the excellent quality it offers. The only thing that doesn't impress me is its square shape. Since I always prefer more rounded soaps. Although, the Papoutsanis company also produces more rounded soaps.

  You can find many bars of Papoutsanis soap in economical packs of four pieces at very low prices in various stores. Almost for free! Its packaging is simple, uncluttered, and beautiful.

  In conclusion, the classic Papoutsanis Karavaki White Soap is a wonderful product that does its job excellently and will satisfy even the most demanding! Enjoy it!

  It creates a lot of foam, smells nice and has a light chamomile scent but it dries out the skin. Overall, it is not suitable for dry skin but I only use soaps for my hands and even though I have very dry skin, if I find it on sale, I buy it.
