Like all cheap tools, here we have a product that requires some work to be able to be used. It is necessary to file and/or sand the edges, apart from the blade, so that they are not sharp and do not lead to injuries. Since we are using sandpaper, it is good to also sand the wooden handle so that it becomes smooth and no splinters protrude. Finally, apply a little olive oil for protection against oxidation and nourishment of the wood. It could do without these awful rivets, but they are proper little tricks. It is definitely not a good knife, but for its price and with the above modifications, it can be transformed into a useful tool before you get something better.
